Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- flour as needed
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar and salt (taste, it should be sweet and salty, you could add a little more of either as needed).

3Add oil.

4Add flour as needed until dough an be put on a board and worked.

5(Keep flour at a minimum, dough should be soft, never make it too stiff.) Let rise until double in bulk (should do in about 1 1/2 hours).

6Work down.

7Roll out and cut. Put in an oiled pan and let rise for 20 minuets to 1/2 hour.

8Bake in a 350° oven until done.
