  • 1 double pie crust bought from your local supermarket
  • 5-6 Apples (macintosh are my favorite)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon cider apple vinegar
  • 1 stick of butter (optional)
