Quick Bake Fish Fillets

  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 1/2 c. slightly crushed wheat flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients.

    Add Worcestershire sauce and milk. Dip fish into milk mixture, then wheat flakes.

    Place in greased shallow baking pan.

    Drip on melted butter.

    Bake in a hot oven of 450° for 15 to 20 minutes or until easily flaked and moist.
