- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. haddock fillets
- 2 egg whites
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Spray 13 x 9-inch pan.

3On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

4In shallow pan, beat egg whites and 1 tablespoon water.

5Dip fillets in egg and water, then the crumbs.

6Place in pan and spray butter Pam on top.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8It is done when fillets flake when tested with fork.
