  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Directions

    Mix softened cream cheese and eggs on low speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add mashed bananas and mix well. Add cake mix and blend well. Divide between 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack before slicing. Freezes well.
