  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 13 cup dry sherry
  • 12 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 ounces uncooked egg noodles

    Cut the onion and garlic.

    Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.

    Drain excess grease.

    Mix all but the last 4 ingredients into the pan, simmer for 20-30 minutes.

    Combine sour cream, flour, and water, whisk until smooth.

    Add sour cream mixture to saucepan and cook another 15-25 minutes until mixture thickens.

    While simmering, cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
