- 3 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
Directions

1Combine Bisquick, flour and sugar and mix.

2Add eggs and beer. Beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute, until blended. Turn into a greased loaf/bread pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and remove.

3This is a great quick bread for the fall season and goes nicely with soups and salads.
