- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter Glass Loaf Pan.

3Melt Butter and put into large bowl.

4Add the Cottage Cheese.

5Mix until Creamy Smooth.

6Slowly add the Bisquick.

7Add the Sugar.

8Add the three Eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.

9Pour mixture into loaf pan.

10Bake 350° uncovered, for 40 minutes.

11Set aside to cool for 5 to 8 minutes.

12Slice about 8 even slices.

13Serve with Jam, Preserves or Sour Cream on the side.
