- 2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
- 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
- 14 apple, sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- cinnamon
Directions

1Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.

2Have your skillet or sandwich maker heated and ready to go.

3Butter each slice of bread on one side.

4Place one slice butter down on plate.

5Top with apple and cheese.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon.

7Cover with remaining bread butter side up.

8Slide sandwich into pre-heated skillet or sandwich maker.

9Cook approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

10Cool slightly as cheese will be extremely hot!
