  • 2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese
  • 14 apple, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons butter, softened
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.

    Have your skillet or sandwich maker heated and ready to go.

    Butter each slice of bread on one side.

    Place one slice butter down on plate.

    Top with apple and cheese.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
