Quick Broccoli Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. diced chicken
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Durkee French-fried onions
  • 6 small flour tortillas

Directions

    Combine soup and milk; set aside.

    Combine chicken, broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of onions. Stir in 3/4 cup of soup mix. Divide chicken mixture evenly between tortillas and roll up. Stir tomato in soup mixture and pour over top of tortillas.

    Bake covered at 350° for 35 minutes. Top center of tortillas with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
