- large flour tortillas
- chopped cooked meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey)
- shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, mild Cheddar)
- refried pinto or black beans
- chunky salsa
Directions

1Warm each tortilla in microwave on High about 10 seconds. Spread warm tortilla (off center) with beans.

2Top with meat and cheese and about 1 tablespoon of salsa.

3Roll tortilla and place on plate, seam side down.

4Microwave on High 25 to 30 seconds per burrito.

5Top with salsa, sour cream, chopped olives or tomatoes--whatever suits you.

6Yum yum and no pans to wash!
