  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Caramelize 2 tablespoons of sugar.

    Moisten the cornstarch with a little cold water.

    Mix into 1 1/2 cups of water and the beaten egg yolks and salt.
