- 1 box yellow cake mix or chocolate mix
- 1 large box chocolate pudding (not instant)
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Cook pudding as directed on package.

2Add cooked pudding to dry cake mix and mix well.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured baking pan.

4Put chocolate chips sprinkled over batter. Add nuts over batter.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

6Do not overbake or cake will be dry and tough.
-
7No icing needed.
