Ingredients

  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cooked chicken breast
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 1 cheese (as much as you want)
  • 1 pizza sauce (as much as you want)

Directions

    Mix the yeast with the warm water and wait 5 minutes.

    In a bowl mix the flour and salt.

    Mix the water with the oil and put it in the dry mixture.

    Knead everithing for about 5 minutes.

    Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour in a warm place.

    Divide the dough in 3 pieces and rool each piece in a circle.

    Fill half of a circle with your filling (you can use a lot more filling or totaly diffrent fillings from mine).

    Fold the other half and crease the edge.

    Make two holes at the top.

    Put the calzone on the tray and in the praheated oven to 200C for about 20 to 30 minutes.

    Let it cool and enjoy.
