- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 3/4 c. raw rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 big dash pepper
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except chow mein noodles.

2Bake in greased pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

3Remove from oven and cover with chow mein noodles.

4Bake another 15 minutes.

5Serves 8 to 10.
