Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken fryer or 6 breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread dressing mix
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil fryer and bone.

    Cut into pieces.

    Spread chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix soups and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper.

    Dot with margarine.

    Spread stuffing mix over top of chicken and pour chicken broth over all.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350° until brown and bubbly.
