- 2 qt. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. vermicelli, uncooked
- 3/4 c. frozen English peas
- 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/4 tsp. sweet red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine water and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add vermicelli and peas.

2Return to a boil; reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.

3Drain and set aside.

4Heat salad dressing in saucepan.

5Add chicken and red pepper flakes; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

6Add pasta mixture and cook until thoroughly heated.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, tossing well.
