- 1 medium green peppers, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
- cooked spaghetti
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute green peppers and onions in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp and tender.

2Place the chicken breasts over the vegetables.

3In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, chilies and seasons.

4Pour over the chicken, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

5Serve over spaghetti.
