Quick Chicken Casserole

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 4 or 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. raw rice
  • 1 fryer, cut up, salted and peppered

    Saute onions and bell pepper in oleo. Add soups and rice. Place in deep casserole dish with chicken on top. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 275°. Turn chicken once so it will brown on both sides.
