- 1 Tbsp. no salt butter or margarine
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 small green or sweet pepper, minced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 c. broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. shredded low sodium cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
Directions

1In medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

3Saute until onion is translucent, but not brown.
