Quick Chicken Enchiladas

  • 2 cans chicken or deboned, cooked chicken, cut in strips
  • 1 pkg. burrito shells
  • 1 large jar picante sauce
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Warm shells slightly to prevent cracking.

    In each shell, place chicken, a sprinkling of cheese and 1 tablespoon picante sauce.

    Roll and place in greased baking dish.

    Continue with each roll.

    Pour remaining picante sauce and spread cheese evenly over dish.

    Bake at 400° until cheese is bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
