  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder (more if hotter)
  • 1/2 tsp. clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Cook garlic and meat in oil until meat is done.

    Add sauce, salt and chili powder.

    Stir, simmering over low heat, until desired thickness for about 45 minutes.

    Dip off fat.
