- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder (more if hotter)
- 1/2 tsp. clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook garlic and meat in oil until meat is done.

2Add sauce, salt and chili powder.

3Stir, simmering over low heat, until desired thickness for about 45 minutes.

4Dip off fat.
