  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Mexican-style chili beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chili-style tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder or more
  • cheese, grated
  • crackers or corn chips

Directions

    Brown ground beef.

    Add onion as meat browns.

    Drain fat and return beef-onion mixture to pan.

    Add chili beans, tomatoes and chili powder.

    Heat through and serve with grated cheese and crackers or corn chips.
