- 1 to 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can Mexican-style chili beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can chili-style tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder or more
- cheese, grated
- crackers or corn chips
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Add onion as meat browns.

3Drain fat and return beef-onion mixture to pan.

4Add chili beans, tomatoes and chili powder.

5Heat through and serve with grated cheese and crackers or corn chips.
