  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 15 1/2 oz. can kidney beans, drained (save liquid)
  • 1/3 c. bean liquid
  • 1 c. canned tomato puree
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

    Cook beef in hot frypan until lightly browned.

    Drain off fat; stir in remaining ingredients.
