- 4 large cans pinto beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- dash of garlic salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Brown diced onions and garlic in skillet.

2Add hamburger and cook until completely browned; drain off excess grease.

3Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste.

4Wash pinto beans in colander; drain.

5In large pot, combine beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chili powder.

6Bring to a low boil.

7Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

8Add meat and onion mixture to beans.

9Simmer 10 to 15 minutes more.

10Stir well.

11Serve.
