  • 1 (22 oz.) can peaches or fruit pie filling
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon or vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. half and half cream
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Spread peaches in baking dish.

    Blend flour, sugar and flavoring or spice with margarine until mixture resembles crumbs.

    Stir in coconut and spread on top of fruit. Cook until brown.
