  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 1 (14-16 oz.) can creamed corn, undrained
  • 1 (14-16 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (14 oz.) evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Dice potatoes.

    Cook until just tender in the 2 cups of water.

    Do not drain.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Heat through over medium heat, stirring often.
