  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. date sugar (grind to powder)
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. soy flour
  • 1 1/4 c. soy or NUT MILK
  • 1/4 c. hydrogen peroxide (regular type)

    Add milk and hydrogen peroxide. Beat only

    smooth.

    Bake in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
