  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white wine or rice vinegar
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper

Directions

    Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Press the yolks through a strainer into a small bowl. Add the Dijon, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper and combine. Place in a resealable plastic bag, trim 1/2 inch from a corner of the bag, and pipe the filling into the reserved whites.
