  • 1/2 c. frozen, chopped onions or fresh
  • 1/2 c. frozen green peppers or fresh
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix or white rice
  • several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce

Directions

    In a large saucepan, combine onions, green peppers and 1/4 cup water.

    Bring mixture to boiling, then reduce heat.
