- 1 pound Ground Beef Or Ground Turkey
- 16 ounces, weight Salsa Of Your Choosing
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans, Undrained
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Rice
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Crushed Fritos
Directions

1Brown ground beef or turkey.

2Drain and return to pan.

3Top ground beef or turkey with salsa, kidney beans, rice, and water.

4Bring to a simmer.

5Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6After 20 minutes, top with cheese and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

7Top each serving with crushed Fritos.
