Quick Easy Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes (drained)
  • 12 bunch cilantro (end stems cut off)
  • 12 small onion
  • 3 -4 jalapenos (more or less depending on your preference for heat)
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    In a food processor (I use a small pampered chef hand turned processor, it has a red lid.

    Not sure what they call it but works wonderfully) chop up onion and jalepenoes.

    Add cilantro and chop.
  4. 4
    Pour in drained tomatoes and chop for the last time.

    We like ours a little chunky.

    Season to taste I use garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    You can eat right away or refrigerate.
