Quick Fish-Potato Supper

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen fish sticks

    Break up potatoes.

    Set aside.

    In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, seasoned salt, dill and pepper.

    Stir in potatoes and cheese. Turn into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange fish sticks on top. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until center is nearly set.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
