Quick Fish-Potato Supper

- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen fish sticks
Directions

1Break up potatoes.

2Set aside.

3In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, seasoned salt, dill and pepper.

4Stir in potatoes and cheese. Turn into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Arrange fish sticks on top. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until center is nearly set.

5Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
