- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 6 green onions, finely chopped (using most of the tops)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Cook rice (omit salt and butter).

2In frypan, heat olive oil and garlic.

3Saute onions.

4Add rice and soy sauce; mix well. Pour egg over rice and cook egg.

5Serve hot.
