Quick Fried Rice

  • 2 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 6 green onions, finely chopped (using most of the tops)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    Cook rice (omit salt and butter).

    In frypan, heat olive oil and garlic.

    Saute onions.

    Add rice and soy sauce; mix well. Pour egg over rice and cook egg.

    Serve hot.
