- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 12 lb pork tenderloin (cut into thin strips )
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 18-14 teaspoon ginger (ground)
- 12 cup water
- 1 -1 12 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

2Stir-fry pork and garlic for 3 minutets.

3Combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger and add to skillet.

4Reduce heat to medium.

5Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

6Combine water and cornstarch until smooth, add to the skillet.

7Bring to a boil and boil and stir for 2 minutes.

8Serve over hot cooked rice .
