- 2 pkg. Top Ramen
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
- 1 can tomatoes, peeled
- 1 c. meat (chicken or beef), chopped (leftovers)
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (is option as a topping)
- 3 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook up Top Ramen soup in 3 cups of water, then add all remainder of ingredients, stirring it a little, bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve in bowls, topped with grated cheese (optional).
