Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Top Ramen
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 c. meat (chicken or beef), chopped (leftovers)
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (is option as a topping)
  • 3 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook up Top Ramen soup in 3 cups of water, then add all remainder of ingredients, stirring it a little, bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve in bowls, topped with grated cheese (optional).

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
