- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. hot cooked green beans
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Stir flour, salt and pepper into melted butter in saucepan. Stir in milk.

2Cook until thickened.

3Pour over green beans. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

4Brown under broiler.
