Quick Ground Meat Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
- 8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2/3 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°. Cook meat until brown.

2Drain fat.

3Cook macaroni as directed and drain.

4In ungreased, medium-sized casserole (2 to 3-quart) mix all ingredients.

5Cover and bake 40 minutes.

6Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings. Can be made ahead and refrigerated up to a day.
