- 1 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. water
- 125 g. butter
Directions

1Grease 19 cm x 29 cm baking pan; line base with paper and grease paper.

2Combine flours, soda, spices and sugar in processor; process a few seconds until combined.

3Combine honey, water and butter in saucepan; stir over low heat until butter is melted.

4Add to processor; process until mixture is smooth.

5Pour into prepared pan and bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.

6Dust with sifted icing sugar before serving.
