Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 13 cup caster sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 34 cup milk
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup strawberry jam (or your favourite)
Directions

1Heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.

2Grease 9 holes of 1/2 cup capacity muffin pan.

3Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl.

4Combine milk, egg and oil.

5Add to dry ingredients and mix to just combine.

6Spoon into muffin pan.

7Using a teaspoon shape a hollow in top of muffin and spoon in some jam.

8Bake 20 -25 minutes unti lfirm and golden.

9Whilst still warm you can brush with melted butter and sprikle cinnamon sugar.
