Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans Campbell's tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. plain lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 pt. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In saucepan, brown beef and cook onion, garlic and oregano. Add soup, water and vinegar.

2Simmer for 30 minutes or longer. Stir now and then.

3In shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch), arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella.

4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (or longer, the longer the better).

6Let stand for 15 minutes.
