Ingredients

  • 150 millilitres water
  • 200 grams sugar, superfine
  • 6 each lemon juice and grated lemon peel
  • 500 millilitres vodka or some other pure alcohol

Directions

    Add the sugar and water in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil.

    Let cool.
  3. 3
    Mix together lemon juice and grated lemon peel .
  4. 4
    Pour into the bottled Vodka and shake well.
  5. 5
    Close the bottle and put in the freezer to cool for about half an hour.
  6. 6
    Serve.
