- 150 millilitres water
- 200 grams sugar, superfine
- 6 each lemon juice and grated lemon peel
- 500 millilitres vodka or some other pure alcohol
Directions

1Add the sugar and water in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil.

2Let cool.

3Mix together lemon juice and grated lemon peel .

4Pour into the bottled Vodka and shake well.

5Close the bottle and put in the freezer to cool for about half an hour.

6Serve.
