- 1 (410 g) can chopped tomatoes (see notes above)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 14 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 0.5 (410 g) can water
- 250 g calamari
- 250 g prawns
- salt
- 500 g spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions

1Hea olive oil in large frying pan, fry finely chopped red onion, garlic, and red chilli flakes, for 4-5 minutes.

2Stir in can of tomatoes (and tomato paste & capsicum if needed), and water.

3Add seafood.

4Simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.

5Add salt to taste.

6Serve over cookedspaghetti.

7Garnish with parsley.
