Ingredients

  • 1 (410 g) can chopped tomatoes (see notes above)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 14 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 0.5 (410 g) can water
  • 250 g calamari
  • 250 g prawns
  • salt
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Directions

    Hea olive oil in large frying pan, fry finely chopped red onion, garlic, and red chilli flakes, for 4-5 minutes.

    Stir in can of tomatoes (and tomato paste & capsicum if needed), and water.

    Add seafood.

    Simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.

    Add salt to taste.

    Serve over cookedspaghetti.

    Garnish with parsley.
