  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • red of green peppers, sliced (for color; optional)

Directions

    Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
