- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, salt and red pepper.

3Spoon into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
