- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- green peppers, red peppers, onion, mushrooms, etc. (as desired)
Directions

1Cook meat; drain.

2Stir in seasonings.

3Spread 1/4 cup salsa and 1/2 cup meat mixture on each tortilla.

4Top each with 1/2 cup cheese and desired toppings.

5Bake in preheated 400° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
