Quick 'N Easy Chocolate Pudding

   Mix cereal and sugar in a mixing bowl.

   Stir together boiling water and chocolate until chocolate is melted; immediately pour over cereal mixture and stir until well blended.

   Cool completely.

   Fold in half of whipped cream.

   Refrigerate 2 hours.

   Serve with remaining whipped cream.
