- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 3/4 to 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Melt butter. Add sugar.

2Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue cooking and stirring until mixture boils.

3Remove from heat. Cool.

4Gradually add powdered sugar until mixture is of fudge consistency. Add nuts. Spread in buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Chill.
