Quick Peach Cobbler

  • 1 large can peaches (do not drain!)
  • 9 oz. box white cake mix
  • 3 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Pour peaches into a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the peaches (do not stir; this is the crust!), covering well.

    You may not need the entire box.

    Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top and then follow with the melted butter.

    Cook at 325° for about 45 minutes or until the top browns.
