- 1 pheasant, cut up
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Sprinkle soup mix into buttered 2-quart casserole.

2Sprinkle rice over soup mix.

3Add pheasant pieces.

4Dilute soup with milk and pour over pheasant.

5Cover, bake in 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Uncover, sprinkle with onion rings.

7Cook 15 minutes longer.
